Shipping

Orders placed before 1 pm ET usually ship same day, but please allow up to 1-2 business days for our team to process/pack orders before shipping. 

Shipping notices are sent out at the time orders are shipped. (Exceptions may also apply for any order which requires additional review for various reasons). Transit time varies depending on the customer proximity to our warehouse, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Estimated deliveries are provided to give a general idea of arrival times. These dates are not guaranteed, as unexpected delays are always possible with shipping carriers. Chilli Pro Scooters is not responsible in the event your package does not arrive by the provided date.

All scooter and kickboard orders ship via UPS, which typically arrive within 1 – 5 business days after shipping.

Most parts and smaller item orders (not containing a scooter) ship via USPS, and typically do not require more than 5-7 business days of transit time.

 

**Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping offers. Additional shipping fees will be required.**
