Warranty

All Chilli Scooters come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as incorrect installation on the model; careless use, such as driving against curbs, etc; or normal wear and tear.

We can only accept warranty claims if we receive the proof of purchase and the serial number of the scooter. If you make a warranty claim, Chilli Pro Scooters customer service team will determine if the claim is covered by warranty and will decide whether the scooter will be repaired or replaced by a new model. Note: If a product is being exchanged at no charge, the defective item must be returned within 30 days, or the customer will be responsible to pay the full price of the exchanged item.

Please note that legal warranty limitations vary from country to country.

Examples of wear or improper use not covered by the warranty are listed below:

Scooter Decks Damage caused by misuse and improper use. Scratches or fading of the surfaces. Changes to any part of the deck or damage caused by lack of maintenance, and wear caused by grinding on rough surfaces.
Forks Broken or bent axle bolts. Forks that have been modified in any way. Misuse or incorrect setting of compressions and headsets.
Clamps Torn off or cross-threaded bolts. Torn off bolt heads caused by incorrect size or damaged tooling. Scratches or damage of the surfaces.

Wheels Chipping, where pieces of the polyurethane break off the wheel, caused by landing sideways or riding on rough surfaces. Flat spots caused by excessive braking and skidding of the rear wheel. Wearing wheel bearings, unless they are defective at the time of purchase.
Brakes Wear due to excessive use. Hardware damaged by improper installation, including cross-threaded screws.
